Community Ride
B$7 base + B$2.00/km
The everyday resident rate for approved neighbourhood and inner-city corridors across New Providence — keeping drivers busy in the slow season.
Taxi
B$15 base + B$3.00/km
Licensed, franchised taxi service available for any trip on the network, including airport and hotel work.
Livery
B$25 base + B$6.00/km
Premium livery vehicles for executive, corporate and special-occasion transport.
Airport trips are charged at the government-published New Providence taxi zone fares for Lynden Pindling International Airport, not the per-km rate. Extra passenger and luggage fees may apply. 10% VAT is added to every non-regulated fare and cancellation fee and itemised on your receipt. See the full rate card.

Community Ride for residents, licensed Taxi, and premium Livery — plus airport, hotel, corporate and group transfers, each with its own published rate.
Pin-point pickups
Passengers drop a pin on the map for inner-city and neighbourhood pickups, so drivers arrive at the exact gate, yard or corner.
Live vehicle tracking
Follow the assigned vehicle from dispatch to drop-off, with status updates and timestamps at every stage of the journey.
Verified operators only
Every driver is approved by the network and holds a current PSD badge, insurance and inspection on file. Community drivers also need comprehensive cover and a signed vehicle standards declaration.
Local payment options
Pay by card, or by local transfer from RBC, Scotiabank, Bank of The Bahamas, CIBC and Commonwealth — plus Cash App and Sand Dollar, verified by the finance queue.
Fair, reviewed cancellations
A short free-cancellation window, then a small stage-based fee per service tier. Non-emergency driver cancellations go to dispatch for approval, with automatic refunds or voids.
VAT-inclusive receipts
Every fare and fee shows the net amount, 10% VAT and total on screen and on the downloadable receipt.
Partner & corporate accounts
Hotels, tour operators and corporate clients book guest transfers on account with consolidated billing and trip histories.
Community Ride — built for residents
Approved neighbourhoods
Marathon, Carmichael Road, Centreville, Mackey Street, Soldier Road, Blue Hill Road, Coral Harbour, Pinewood, Nassau Village and dozens more across New Providence, plus inner-city business corridors, malls, restaurants and nightspots.
Strict driver requirements
A current public service (PSD) badge, comprehensive motor insurance, and a signed vehicle standards declaration — clean, non-smoking and everything in working order. All three are reviewed by compliance before a driver can go online.
Protecting licensed operators
Community drivers are limited to Community Ride work only. Licensed taxi and livery operators keep access to every job on the network, including airport and hotel transfers, and peak-season limits can be scheduled by the administrator.
Paying the Bahamian way
Card payments route through a licensed Bahamian or Caribbean processor, with full settlement, refund, void, dispute and reconciliation tracking. Passengers without a card can pay by local bank transfer — RBC, Scotiabank, Bank of The Bahamas, CIBC and Commonwealth Bank — or with Cash App or Sand Dollar, confirmed by the finance team before the trip closes.

Water • Air • Ground — approved operators
Under the Air and Water arms of WAG, only certified companies are listed: air charter operators certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of The Bahamas (CAAB), boat charter and ferry services licensed by the Port Department, licensed jet ski and watersports operators, and tour companies licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. The public can see exactly who is approved before they book.
